• Information you provide directly — if you submit a tip through our form, we collect whatever you choose to enter (name, optional email, destination, and your tip). Providing your name and email is optional.
• Automatically collected analytics data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages visited, general location, device/browser type, and similar usage data). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

2. How We Use Your Information

Tip submissions are used to review and, if approved, feature the content on the Site (we do not publish your email address). Analytics data is used only to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site — it is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not run any ad network or ad-tracking scripts.

3. We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site, who process data according to their own privacy policies:

• Netlify — hosts the Site and processes form submissions. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

We don't share your personal information with any other third party, and we don't allow these providers to use your data for their own advertising purposes.

Tip submissions are retained as long as needed for review and, if published, as long as the content remains featured on the Site. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we have connected to a tip submission, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@skipthetourbus.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA regarding your personal data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
