🚙Must-Do

Jeep Tour of the Desert Interior

Aruba's interior is surprising — a cactus-studded desert that couldn't feel more different from the beach hotels. A jeep tour through Arikok National Park covers natural limestone caves, a coastal natural pool, rugged beaches, and several landmark stops. One of the best half-day experiences in the Caribbean.

🌊Natural Wonder

The Natural Pool (Conchi)

A natural seawater pool formed by lava rock on the rugged northeast coast. Accessible only by 4x4 or a short hike. The rough offshore waters make the protected pool contrast dramatically with the surrounding coastline.

Landmark

Alto Vista Chapel

A small yellow chapel on the north coast with an expansive view over the rugged coastline. Built in 1750 and rebuilt in 1952, it has a quiet spiritual atmosphere unusual for Aruba's otherwise resort-heavy tourism profile.

🌬️Landmark

California Lighthouse & Windmills

The northern tip of the island has both a historic lighthouse and a row of old Dutch-style windmills. The lighthouse area has one of the best sunset viewing spots on the island.

🏖️Beach

Eagle Beach

Consistently rated one of the best beaches in the Caribbean — wider, less crowded, and more relaxed than Palm Beach. The south-facing position means calm water almost year-round.

🏖️Beach

Baby Beach

Highly rated for its calm, shallow waters and family-friendly atmosphere. Located on the southeastern tip of the island.
